Parent-run Activity: Moms for Moms

Connect with other moms!

Moms for moms is a group for mothers, step-mothers, adoptive mothers, foster mothers or mother figures who are looking to come together, connect and discuss the unique challenges and joys of being a mother. Come share your experience, ask questions and offer reassurance to others in a friendly environment. 

Join volunteer host, and local mom, Katerina Fleury for this monthly, in-person, get-together at the Wellness Centre at Jeffery Hale.  No registration required! 

Parent-run Activities are organized by volunteer parents with support from the Wellness Centre.  Some activities are just for parents (who doesn’t enjoy a night out without the kids?) and other events are for the whole family. If you have something in mind or want to host an activity for other parents or families in the community, reach out to us.  Some examples of past activities include an online support group, pilates course, craft activities, clothing exchange, Easter egg decorating, spa night, and more.
