There is no more important job than being a parent. The Wellness Centre offers a range of activities to support you and put you in touch with other English-speaking parents living in the Capitale-Nationale (Greater Québec City) region.

First Aid Course

For parents, grandparents, friends and family who want to know what to do in the event of an emergency with a baby or child.

Perinatal Bereavement

Support for parents living with perinatal loss.  This service is offered in English through a partnership with Les Perséides.

Speech Therapy Screening Clinics
