50+ Fun Chair Yoga

Subsidized yoga courses with certified instructor to help older adults maintain strength and flexibility.

Brain Power Drop-in

A drop-in twice a month to play games with the objective to help keep your brain strong and healthy. 

Jog Your Mind

A workshop series for those aged 50 and over that aims to keep your memory in shape through tips, advice and exercises.
