Well 50+

At the Wellness Centre, we have programs to help English-speaking older adults of the Quebec City region live a healthy and active life in the community, and to support their informal or family caregivers, or they themselves in their role as caregivers to others.

If you are over 50 years of age, OR caring for an aging loved one, join us to meet others like yourself. Discover resources, learn new things, and enjoy some well deserved “me” time.

Check out our calendar at the bottom of the page see what’s going on in our community for older adults and their caregivers. We are able to offer many of these activities thanks in part to L’APPUI pour les proches aidants de la Capitale-Nationale. Download our printable Well 50+ & Caregivers’ pamphlet.
