Caregivers’ Circle

Caregiving is important work that can be both rewarding and challenging. You may be taking care of an ageing parent, spouse, or friend. They may live near or far.  It may be physical help or emotional support that you provide. It doesn’t matter, by all sharing and learning together, we can enlarge our local Caregivers’ Circle.

The services and activities in our Caregivers’ Circle program are a great source of mutual support for English-speaking caregivers living in the Greater Quebec City area. They are offered thanks in part to L’APPUI pour les proches aidants de la Capitale-Nationale.  Download our printable Caregivers’ Circle pamphlet. Sign up for our e-newsletter.
