Would you like to have a greater say in your community? Are you aged 15-30 years old? Become a Wellness Ambassador, a unique internship opportunity offered by the Wellness Centre at Jeffery Hale that aims to involve and empower young English-speaking adults in the Capitale-Nationale (Greater Québec City) region.
Before applying to become a Wellness Ambassador, find out more about this new project by attending the Wellness Ambassador Introduction Meeting on Wednesday, September 25, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in-person at the Wellness Centre.
At this Introduction Meeting, our youth program coordinator Verity will answer your questions and give you information about the following:
- Facts about the Wellness Ambassador project.
- Why it’s important for young adults to get involved in our community.
- What would be required of you in your role as an Ambassador.
- The benefits that you would gain, including a $250 remuneration.
- How to fill in the application form.
