You are invited to contact intake social worker, Marie-Chantale Ahern for a telephone evaluation. She can be reached Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at 418-684-5333, ext. 11961. Marie-Chantale may be able to respond to your request over the phone or she may schedule an in-office or at home visit according to your preference.
Depending on your situation she may be able to help you access home care nursing, home adaptation by an occupational therapist, frozen meal delivery, assistance with bathing or house cleaning, respite care, long-term placement, help with grocery shopping, family support and/or counselling. These intake services are limited to the 03 administrative region of our province; but if you live on the south shore, Marie-Chantale can help steer you to the designated healthcare provider for your region.
