Join us at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion for Yoga relaxation sessions. We will be using breath work and guided meditation to enhance relaxation while stretching and finding inner calmness.
Open to all ages and levels; instructor Susa Bernard will show you how to adapt the exercises to your ability. She is a certified yoga instructor at Susa Sparkle Yoga.
There were will be 2 groups each week: an earlier class from 6:15 – 7:15 pm and a later class from 7:30 – 8:30 pm. You will select your preferred class time when you register.
Things to bring with you:
- A yoga mat or towel
- A bottle of water
Space for this activity is limited to a maximum of 14 participants.
($20 for all four classes)
