Art Therapy can help individuals interpret, express, and resolve their emotions and thoughts. Explore your feelings while enjoying the life-affirming pleasures of creating art. No artistic talent is needed.
Join us for six art therapy sessions with certified art therapist, Nicole Bouchard.
Each two-hour session will focus on a different topic.
The rules for the group will be explained during the first session. Each class will include a guided meditation activity. You may be invited to discuss but you do not have to share anything.
We will provide free refreshments and all materials needed for the sessions.
Places are limited to a maximum of 12 participants in a closed group. Registration is required.
You are expected to attend all six sessions.
($60 for all six sessions)
