Fit at 50+ offers adults over 50 the chance to stay active, healthy, and energized through a variety of enjoyable physical activity classes. Led by certified instructors, our sessions are designed with the needs of older adults in mind, providing a safe and supportive environment to move, stretch, and strengthen the body.
Classes are affordable and take place in English, making them accessible and welcoming to our community. Each course runs for 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the activity, with one activity offered per season.
We are always open to feedback and suggestions—if there’s a specific class you would love to see, let us know! Fit at 50+ is all about creating opportunities to move together, stay motivated, and enjoy an active lifestyle.
