Triple P Parenting Seminar 3: Raising Resilient Children
Develop ways to help your children recognize, understand and express their emotions.
We are proud to announce that we are now a provider of Triple P Parenting seminars as of January 2025. Triple P is a positive parenting program designed to support every parent.
We will be offering three Triple P Parenting seminars of 90 minutes for parents, in a classroom-style group setting format, followed by question period. To make things a little more interesting, we have decided to make these pizza AND parenting evenings. Hope you enjoy!
We strongly encourage you to register for all three Triple P seminars in order to get a complete grasp of this parenting approach. Registration is required. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the seminars start at 5:30 p.m. sharp.

- The power of positive parenting, January 15, 5 to 7:30 p.m.
- Raising confident, competent children, February 26, 5 to 7:30 p.m.
- Raising resilient children, March 19, 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Note: These seminars are for English-speaking parents in the Greater Québec City region. We may cancel the seminars if there are not enough registrants.
