In our fast-paced world, take some time to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others. Our volunteer-led Wellness Walks offer a perfect opportunity to step outside, breathe in fresh air and experience the benefits of physical movement.

Join us in making a positive impact on our community’s mental health, one step at a time. Reduce your stress levels, boost your mood, enhance your physical well-being and meet some new people in the community.

Become a Wellness Walk volunteer!

We are seeking volunteers to lead Wellness Walks. If you enjoy walking outdoors, we’d love to hear from you. You will be responsible for choosing the location, date and time for the walks.
