Join us at the Wellness Centre for Pilates sessions for all ages and levels. Energize your body and boost your mental health through the precise movements and breathing techniques of Pilates.

By targeting core muscle strength, Pilates enhances flexibility and promotes proper posture. It’s a great option for yoga enthusiasts seeking a more intense core workout.

Certified instructor Alexandra P. Julien will guide you in adapting the exercises to your ability. Alexandra became a Pilates Matwork teacher in 2015 at the Body Control Pilates school in London, England. She now teaches Pilates classes at LOVJOY Pilates, her own studio in Québec City.

  • Please bring a bottle of water with you.
  • We will provide you with a mat.

Space is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
