Note their website is only in French but they may be able to offer services in English. Based in Québec City, AutonHommie welcomes men in difficulty and on a journey, gives them the means to meet their needs and to participate in the global evolution of the male condition.

They offer support services for managing difficult situations, for managing your emotions, for mastering yourself, for male victims of childhood sexual abuse.

Canadian Men’s Health Foundation

Their MindFit Toolkit includes mental health tools and resources for men and their families, backed by healthcare professionals to tackle chronic stress, anxiety, and mild to moderate depression.

Complete self-assessments on anxiety and depression, find out about virtual counselling, listen to conversations about anxiety, depression and loneliness on the Don’t Change Much Podcast, do mind exercises, and learn helpful mental health tips from clinical counsellors and registered psychologists which have been created for men and their families.
