Wellness Café: Accessing Medical Services Online

More and more, the way to access to medical services is done online. If you find it hard make an appointment online, or find your personal medical information, or if you are simply interested in learning more, bring your devices and join us for this informative and practical workshop.

First off, Nurse Melisande Gaulin-Riffou will give us an overview of the different platforms you need to know about (Rendez-vous santé Québec, Carnet Santé and Clic Santé) and introduce us to the Info-Santé and Info-Social telephone services. Next, we’ll work with QCRC’s Lifelong Learning to show us how to navigate these online platforms, so bring your phone, tablet or laptop.
