This training course, designed for older adults, will enable you to take care of yourself or those around you in the event of an emergency. It is led by experienced instructors certified by Heart & Stroke (formerly known as the Heart and Stroke Foundation), who are committed to teaching first aid to older adults. We adapt the training so that anyone with physical limitations can either carry out the actions OR show them to someone else who can perform them on their behalf.
