Voice of English-speaking Québec invites people aged 50+ living in the northern perimeter of the city to hop on the bus as we discover the Halloween Garden at the Plains of Abraham. Sixteen artworks placed in the garden reference legends of the park.
After the garden we will go to Chez Victor for lunch.
