VEQ, in partnership with the Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier Community Centre, will be hosting chair yoga classes in the Northern Perimeter. Running from September 14th to December 14th, the classes will be held from 9:30 to 10:30am. A chair yoga session compliments a guided meditation during this 50 minute-long class.
