Would you like to have a greater say in your community? Are you aged 15-30 years old? Become a Young & Empowered Ambassador, a unique internship opportunity offered by the JH Partners that aims to involve and empower young English-speaking adults in the Capitale-Nationale (Greater Québec City) region.
Before applying to become a Young & Empowered Ambassador, find out more about this project by attending the Young & Empowered Ambassador Introduction Meeting on Thursday, October 2, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in-person at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion.
At this Introduction Meeting, our Young & Empowered program coordinator Verity will answer your questions and give you information about the following:
- Facts about the Young & Empowered Ambassador project.
- Why it’s important for young adults to get involved in our community.
- What would be required of you in your role as an Ambassador.
- The benefits that you would gain, including a $150 remuneration.
- How to fill in the application form.
We will provide supper and refreshments to all attendees.
