Nature has a remarkable way of calming the mind and rejuvenating the spirit. Join us for a refreshing hike through Jacques-Cartier National Park, where we’ll explore the scenic beauty while nurturing mental wellness. Connect with nature, clear your thoughts, and enjoy the uplifting company of others. No hiking experience required, just an open mind!
We will hike the L’Éperon Trail at Jacques-Cartier National Park. This trail is graded an intermediate level of difficulty. It is 5.4 km (loop) long with a 210m elevation and should take about 2 hours.
We are providing bus transportation for all participants to the Jacques-Cartier National Park for FREE. We will depart from the Wellness Centre at Jeffery Hale (1270, chemin Sainte-Foy, GMS 1M4). If you are coming by car to the departure point, you can park your vehicle for free in the parking lot behind the Wellness Centre/Jeffery Hale Pavilion. I will give you a parking ticket that will waive the parking fees.
Each participant will cover the park access pass fee of $9.85 (*free for age 17 and under). To get your daily pass to the park, click here. Participants must have purchased their National Park day pass in advance of the day of the hike. Once you have registered AND you have purchased your ticket, please send email proof of purchase of their park pass to the Program Coordinator, Verity, by email at vjordan@jhpartners.net. If you have difficulties purchasing your ticket, please feel free to communicate with Verity, she’ll gladly assist you. Please note that if you have not purchased your ticket in advance, you will not be permitted on the bus transport.
