A new free-of-charge resource

A new virtual learning health and wellness tool is now online for English-speaking seniors aged 50+ through the Cummings Centre. You can use this online video library from the comfort of your own home anywhere in the province, and it’s free of charge. 

Here are some of the many interesting topics for these online sessions:
