The Caregivers’ Circle – Support for You
Caregiving is important work that can be both rewarding and challenging. You may be taking care of an ageing parent, spouse, or friend. They may live near or far. It may be physical help or emotional support that you provide. It doesn’t matter, by all sharing and learning together, we can enlarge our local Caregivers’ Circle.
The programs in the Caregivers’ Circle are a great source of mutual support for English-speaking caregivers living in the Greater Quebec City area. They are offered thanks in part to L’APPUI pour les proches aidants de la Capitale-Nationale.
Treat yourself to some ME time and explore your creative side at these free art sessions just for caregivers in May and June. For more details, open the summer Art Therapy poster.
Caregivers’ Circle e-newsletter
Caregivers’ Café meetings provide an oasis for English-speaking caregivers to meet, share experiences, recharge their batteries, find resources and learn new things. Open the Caregivers’ Circle brochure for more details or check out the Latest Updates section in the upper right hand corner of this page.
