Well 50+ & Caregivers
At the Wellness Centre, we have programs to help English-speaking older adults of the Quebec City region live a healthy and active life in the community, and to support their informal or family caregivers, or they themselves in their role as caregivers to others.
If you are over 50 years of age, OR caring for an aging loved one, join us to meet others like yourself. Discover resources, learn new things, and enjoy some well deserved “me” time.
Check out our calendar at the bottom of the page see what’s going on for older adults in our community and their caregivers. Download our printable Well 50+ pamphlet and our Caregivers’ pamphlet, services offered thanks in part to L’APPUI pour les proches aidants de la Capitale-Nationale.
