Mental Health Week 2019

Welcome to the homepage for Mental Health Week 2019, brought to you by the community Wellness Centre and the Mental Health Team at Jeffery Hale Community Services.  This year’s theme, set by the Quebec City branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association, is “Exploring means seeing things differently!”

The amazing range of activities below is made possible thanks to community institutions, organizations and engaged volunteers all working together.  So start exploring, and learn more about how to care for your mental health!

ALL WEEK, during regular library hours

Morrin Centre Reading & Mental Health:  Reading is great for your brain!
Visit the Morrin Centre and view a collection of books specially chosen along the theme of Mental Health by Kathleen Hulley, PhD, MLIS, Library Manager.
