Our next MNO activity involves learning to make food ahead to freeze and enjoy later on. Last year’s freezer cooking was so much fun we are doing another!

I’ll go over some of my Freezer cooking tips and tricks, and we’ll make a meal together for you to take home to freeze!
This year’s recipe: Manicotti! It’s a vegetarian recipe (but it does include cheese and egg). I love it because it’s similar to my taquitos in that you open freeze the manicotti individually. So you can defrost just a few for a lunch or a whole meal’s worth for dinner.
There will be a small fee for attending this event, to help cover the cost of the ingredients. But everyone attending will take home enough Manicotti to fill a 9×13 pan!
