Freezer Cooking for Busy Moms – Chicken Pesto Parmesan
When: Saturday, April 8th 3-5pm

You’e invited to my house for another round of freezer cooking! We’ll be making Chicken Pesto Parmesan.
Each of you will make and take home one 9×13 pan of the dish, to either cook that evening or freeze for later. I will make one batch during that time too for everyone to taste.
This is an event sponsored by Be Active Quebec. Depending on the prices of ingredients I may charge a small fee (no more than $6-8 per person). I will update that info once I’ve done all the math.
I will also do a short overview of how I prefer to tackle my version of freezer cooking.
