Baby Chat Café has gone virtual during the pandemic period. It’s still a great chance to meet and chat with other English-speaking parents of babies under one year of age. All you need to connect is internet access and a cell phone, tablet, laptop or computer with webcam. If you prefer, you can opt to join by your landline.

Whether you have already started this process or not, join us for a great morning as we talk about different strategies, approaches (spoon feeding versus baby led weaning), allergies and overall tips and tricks on getting your child the nutrients they need for a healthy start in life!
