An online support group for ages 17+
Over four FREE sessions, join an online support group, facilitated by psychologist Dr. David Martin. Topics to discuss together include anxiety, perfectionism, goal and boundary setting, the impact of social pressures; as well as coping strategies and tools for managing performance and generalized anxiety.
You are expected to take part in all four sessions. Support groups are confidential. Everyone in the group contributes to the conversation, and you can do so as little or as much as you like. For the greatest benefit however, we encourage you to be active: be ready to learn, to share your experiences, and to contribute in support of one another.
