Nearly all of us wish we were in better shape. Caregiving often leaves us very little time for a daily  fitness routine. When you’re tired from the strain of being on-call 24/7 it’s quite hard to whip up any enthusiasm for an exercise plan. Here are 10 simple things  that  can easily be incorporated into your daily routine to improve balance, flexibility and overall well-being.
