Caring Ahead: Survey on family caregiving and preparing for end-of-life in dementia

Feeling supported and as prepared as possible for the end-of-life of a family member with dementia helps family caregivers cope and adjust during bereavement.  If you are caring for a family member or friend with dementia who lives in a nursing home, you are invited to complete the Caring Ahead questionnaire, even if end-of-life is far away.

Your comments will help Pamela Durepos, PhD Nursing (student), Dr. Sharon Kaasalainen (supervisor) and their research team at McMaster University understand how prepared and supported family caregivers are feeling in different areas (medical, relationships/social, spiritual and practical)
